All non-refundable security fees must be submitted and paid in full at least three months before the event. A holding fee reserves your spot while the desk confirms dates; the balance is due ninety days out, no exceptions.

The full booking payment is due forty-five days before the event date — no exceptions. Any balance not settled before the event is forfeited and the reservation is released.

Arrival to departure, night watch to checkout. Each expedition runs to a written protocol, with the itinerary the desk holds for every location.

nothing left to arrange.
You arrive with a bag. We hand you keys and a schedule. Everything between check-in and checkout is already handled.
