Penhurst asylumThe Unit

We do not chase ghosts.
We file reports on them.

The P.A.T.H. Investigators began as four researchers with borrowed meters and a key to a county archive nobody else wanted. One seasons later we hold standing access to fourteen historic properties across New England — asylums, opera houses, lighthouses and inns that still carry the paperwork of what happened in them.

Every expedition is built the same way: a site is researched before it is sold, a baseline is recorded before any guest arrives, and every anomaly is logged whether or not it flatters the story. Comfort is not an afterthought — you sleep well, you eat properly, and you walk out with recordings you can actually defend.

★★★★★
Three nights at the old sanatorium and the team never once let the record wobble. The EMF sweep on night two is something I will not forget.

Well run, quietly professional, and the gear handover was flawless. Cold nights, hot coffee, real evidence.
